Gently wash inside out on a delicate cycle to protect the fabric and design. Lay flat to air dry to maintain shape. Avoid direct ironing on the design to keep it looking fresh. Do not dry clean.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2 PM EST will ship the same day unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed after 2 PM EST will ship the follow business day.

Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday, all day Saturday & Sunday will ship on Monday.

Girls Room is not responsible for USPS or UPS shipping delays.

If you're not completely in love with your order, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in exchange for store credit. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. Items marked down 35% or more or labeled as “SALE” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.Items that are returned damaged, worn, or not in original condition will not be accepted. If this happens, a shipping fee will apply to send the item(s) back to you.

HOW TO RETURN:

Double-check that your item meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item.

Email us at girlsroomofficial1@gmail.com with your order number to get started. Please allow 3–4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7–10 business days for our team to process it. Once approved, store credit will be issued via email and tied to the original account used at checkout.
